ADHD Life Coaching is a form of coaching where the coach has specialized training in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
As your ADHD Life Coach, I will walk beside you and help you understand how ADHD is impacting your life. We will work on new strategies and skills, learn more about what motivates you, and dive deep into learning styles, core values and “stories”.
Together, we will explore your strengths and weaknesses and create an action plan to maximize the gifts of your ADHD and minimize the challenges. Ultimately, you will open up the possibilities of who you are and you will OWN your ADHD.
The teenage years offer unique stressors that challenge executive functions like homework, planning, time management and prioritizing. Working with a coach, your teen can learn to set goals (and reach them!), discover their strengths and how to maximize them, work on social skills and develop strategies to help them navigate the bridge from childhood to adulthood.
Being a parent of a teenager is tough! As your coach, I can walk alongside you during this time as we find the information and strategies to help your teenager succeed at school and life.
